sproing.to gives you one short link — sproing.to/yourname — that's either a tiny hosted page for your links or a redirect to somewhere you already own. It also doubles as a directory and launcher for projects hosted here.

Every account is on one of two tiers, shown as a badge on your dashboard:

For now, regular accounts are on the Free tier — one entry per user, which is plenty for a personal link or redirect. Admin- and curated-directory entries aren't subject to these limits, and the badge simply reflects which tier an account is set to.
